Technic France has announced the purchase of the assets of Kemesys SA, a well-known manufacturer and distributor of specialized semiconductor chemistry and CMP slurries. The purchase includes both the business and the production facility located in Rousset, France.

The acquisition of Kemesys follows the recently announced expansion of our semiconductor-grade hydrogen peroxide production facility in Chalon sur Saone, France (former Air Liquide operation). Technic has also invested in a sizable expansion of its semiconductor R&D capabilities with the installation of new laboratories in Saint Denis and Grenoble, France, in support of the company’s growing semiconductor market share with trusted brands such as Technistrip®, TechniClean, TechniEtch and Elevate.
