Technic Engineered Powders recently completed renovations to analytical laboratories at its Woonsocket, Rhode Island, facility. The six-month renovation represents a $200,000 investment in support of Technic’s ongoing commitment to new product development and quality control.
The newly renovated labs support a variety of state-of-the-art testing capabilities, including: TGA, DSC, ICP and SEM. The renovations represent an expansion of current capabilities, providing for a more complete physical, thermal and chemical analysis of engineered powders and flakes produced at the facility.“Our new analytical laboratories reflect our commitment to maintaining our position in the industry as a world-class provider of the highest quality precious metal powders and flakes,” said Ionel Halaciuga, Ph.D., research and development director, Technic Engineered Powders Division.
