Technic Inc. and STS Switzerland Announce Joint Agreement

Technic, Inc. and STS Switzerland have announced their joint agreement whereby Technic will have exclusive sales and distribution rights in the US, Canada and Mexico of the STS vibratory technology, including STS' “Oscillant”, “Vibarrel®” and “Osciline®” products. Technic will inventory various size portable vibratory units and provide spare parts, repair and service from its equipment manufacturing facility located in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Technic will also offer STS’s Osciline® technology, which is designed to provide greater efficiency while reducing the overall size of the equipment required.

As part of this agreement, Technic’s proprietary plating equipment products will be represented in Europe by STS. This includes Technic's CDP-2000, an automatic controlled depth loose parts pin plater, SBE® (Spouted Bed Electroplater), and the Technic Tumbleplater®. STS will provide technical sales, spare parts and service from its facility in Yvonand, Switzerland. Technic, with offices and technical sales personnel throughout Europe, will provide chemical processes to complement the specialized equipment.

In support of this joint agreement, Mr. Ben Roodnat, who has been in the plating industry for more than 30 years and currently represents STS in the U.S., will continue his role with Technic to provide sales and technical support of STS products in the US, Canada and Mexico.
