GJT is a market leader for transmission products in China and has had a business relationship with GKN Sinter Metals since 2008. The Danyang facility had previously earned GJT’s CEO Special Award & Zero PPM 2013 Award.
“GKN Danyang delivered more than 700,000 synchronizer hubs with zero defects to GJT in 2014, and we look forward to further expand and strengthen our business relationship with our valued customer in the future,” said Lee Sun, vice-president of GKN Sinter Metals China.
The Danyang facility was established in 2006 and supplies automotive customers in China with sintered transmission parts.
