The award includes the title of fellow and is reportedly ASTM’s highest recognition for distinguished service and participation in ASTM International committee activities. Warzel was recognized for technical excellence, assiduous work in promoting ASTM standards, and his diligence as a secretary, technical contact, and subcommittee chair.
Warzel has worked as a director of technical service at metal powder supplier North American Hoganas since 2017.
