Plans are for Mi-Tech, which has almost 100 employees,t o be integrated into the global production and sales network of Plansee’s High Performance Materials business area.
“With the acquisition of Mi-Tech, Plansee is further expanding its market position for tungsten composites in North America,” a press release said.
Mi-Tech makes mill products and tungsten composite products and components for industries such as energy, engineering, and aerospace. Its corporate headquarters are located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
