MPIF elects new officers

The MPIF has elected Rodney Brennen, vice president of Metco Industries, as its 31st president, succeeding North American Höganäs’ Dean Howard.

Brennen has worked for Metco Industries for more than 25 years and recently served as president of the Powder Metallurgy Parts Association, the MPIF reports. He is a past chairman of an APMI chapter and currently serves on the board of directors. He also received the Distinguished Service to Powder Metallurgy Award in 2021.

Nicola Gismondi, vice president sales & marketing of MPP has been elected president of the Powder Metallurgy Parts Association (PMPA) and will serve a two-year term, while Christopher Adam, CEO of Valimet has been elected president of the Association for Metal Additive Manufacturing (AMAM) and will serve a two-year term.
