It was awarded ‘Best Development Support’ from automotive component manufacturer Advik, the ‘Gold Quality Award 2013’ from auto manufacturer Endurance, ‘Best Supplier for Response to Development’ from Gabriel, a provider of ride control products and a ‘Delivery Management Award 2013’ from Honda HMSI.
"We are extremely proud to have achieved this recognition from our customers in India,” said Prafulla Diwan, sales director India of GKN Sinter Metals.
The “Best Development Support Award” from Advik was won for the first time by GKN due to development efforts of applications for two-wheel oil pump rotors. GKN reduced the development lead time by 50% for the customer.
