Union Process Inc, which makes particle size reduction and dispersing equipment has built and installed a laboratory-sized DMQX bead mill to test end user material.

‘In addition to our line of wet and dry grinding Attritors, this mill allows us to target applications where submicron and nanometer particle size range materials are required,’ said Union Process laboratory manager Emery Li. ‘At the end of the day, our mission is to help customers find the right solution for their size reduction needs.’

The company also has a toll milling/toll grinding facility to test larger quantities of material.
