Wallwork Group has expanded its aerospace heat treatment quoting system into commercial heat treatment, hard coatings and vacuum brazing. Manual quotations can take up to 48 hours to turn around whereas the online equivalent can be undertaken in a matter of minutes, the company says.
Each quote form requests details relevant to the process, according to Wallwork. For example, commercial heat treatment asks for material, dimensions, weight and quantity with the option to upload CAD or other drawings.
