The apprentices will be tried in industrial, machining and process mechanics as well as machine and plant operation, the company said. SGL Carbon Ceramic Brakes is also training one industrial mechanic, one machining mechanic and one machine and plant operator for its own needs.

SGL Carbon has recently hired 32 new apprentices to work in its facilities in Meitingen, Bonn and Willich, Germany.
