Sandvik has completed the previously announced divestment of its stainless wire business to German metal forming company Zapp Group.
As of 31 August 2018, the stainless wire business will be de-consolidated from Sandvik’s financial statements. Revenues in the stainless wire business amounted to SEK 310 million in 2017, Sandvik says.
