Sandvik says that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of OSK, a Chinese supplier of solid carbide round tools. OSK will be part of the Seco division in Sandvik Machining Solutions. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
In 2017 OSK had revenues of about 120 million SEK and 90 employees.
