Sandvik has completed its acquisition of Allied Construction Products, a US distributor of hydraulic hammers for the construction and mining industries which makes compactor plates and mounting brackets.
In 2019 the company generated revenues of approximately $US29 million with 38 employees, and Sandvik was already a 21% minority shareholder of the company. Sandvik’s products generated about 80% of Allied’s revenues, the company said.
