Sandvik says that it has completed its acquisition of Polish company Fabryka Narzedzi Fanar SA, a manufacturer of round (rotary) tools.
In 2020, Fanar had revenues of around SEK175 million.
The company will report in Seco, a division within the Sandvik Manufacturing and Machining Solutions the business area, Sandvik said.
