PowderMet2024 and AMPM2024 will be held 16–19 June at the David L Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh.
“These tutorials are targeted at product designers, engineers, consumers, manufacturers, researchers, educators, and students,” says Jim Adams, MPIF executive director and CEO. “All delegates are encouraged to hone-up on their knowledge of these powder metallurgy processes by attending the tutorials.”
The daily tutorials, which will include case studies, will be provided by the following industry experts:
- Press & Sinter Tutorial—John Engquist, FAPMI, former president of the Center for Powder Metallurgy Technology
- Metal Injection Molding Tutorial—Matt Bulger, former president of the Metal Injection Molding Association
- Sinter-Based Metal Additive Manufacturing Tutorial—Animesh Bose, FAPMI, former board of director of the Association for Metal Additive Manufacturing.
