Plansee Japan has opened a new 5,000 m2 production hall in the town of Esashi.
The site now employs 100 people and makes products for a range of applications including semiconductor, lighting, medical, and electronic.
According to Plansee, Japan is one of its most important markets and with this enlarged footprint, Plansee Japan Ltd will be able to react more rapidly to emerging industries.
