The new 15-minute video is available to buy in DVD format from MPIF or can be viewed online on the MPIF and MIMA websites. It is aimed at potential end users who may not be familiar with PM and MIM. Part one introduces the viewer to powder metallurgy in general, using dozens of examples of actual components, while part two deals specifically with the metal injection moulding process. Companies involved in any aspect of PM and MIM can show it to all employees, as can help them appreciate better the use of MIM in their customers’ products.
