MIM acquisition

Investment company Tinicum has acquired a controlling interest in Greene Group Industries, a manufacturer of components made using metal injection molding (MIM) stamping and precision machining.

According to the company, Greene Group makes components used in surgery as well as other medical and commercial applications.

"Tinicum's long-term approach, global expertise in building businesses focused on industrial technologies and engineered products, and alignment with our strategy will enable us to serve the growing demands of our customers," said Alexis Willingham, co-founder and CEO of Greene.
