Teer Coatings will be integrated into the Miba Coating Group. “With the takeover of technology leader Teer Coatings we are expanding our expertise and product portfolio in the highly specialized coating segment,” said Peter Mitterbauer CEO of the Miba Group. Teer Coatings has about 50 employees and annual sales of approximately £4 million.
Miba acquired a 24.9 percent interest in Teer Coatings in 2009.
