The Toxics Use Reduction Institute, a.k.a "TURI," recently held a conference for companies in the aerospace and defense supply chain to discuss the challenges faced by the industry, emerging solutions, and the implications of the European Regulation, REACH. Fran DiGiovanni and Marko Duffy sat on the Technical Panel discussing Cadmium/Nickel Plating and Emerging Safer Alternatives. Both Fran and Marko presented papers on this subject.
