Gas specialist Linde’s board of directors has reportedly authorized a share repurchase program for up to US$6 billion of its ordinary shares. Under this program, Linde plc may acquire up to 15% of its currently outstanding 547 million shares from 1 May 2019 to 1 February 2021.
