ASTM’s committee on steel, stainless steel, and related alloys has presented Daniel Janikowski with the A01 Founding Committee Award.
Janikowski was recognized due to his contributions to ASTM’s Founding Committee in the development and promotion of voluntary consensus standards.
An ASTM member since 1989, Janikowski has also received the Award of Appreciation (2000) and the Award of Merit (2010) from the committee.
Janikowski has been a technical manager at US company Plymouth Tube since 2017, having previously worked in quality, sales, and production management at the same company.
In addition to ASTM, Janikowski is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Power Research Institute, and the National Association of Corrosion Engineers.
