Unirac is the main provider of photo voltaic mounting solutions in the North American market. It employs approximately 100 people. Following the acquisition, it will continue to be based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, and operate under its existing name and management structure led by CEO Doug May.

According to Bo Risberg, Hilti group CEO, the company intends to invest in new business opportunities where there is significant growth potential.
