DSM Coating Resins recently announced a price increase of 0.04-0.06 USD/lb--depending on product--for its range of Uralac® polyester powder coating resins sold in the USA, Mexico and Canada. The increase is effective for all orders shipped on or after 15th February 2013 or as otherwise permitted by the terms and conditions of customer contracts.
According to DSM, prices are being adjusted due to the continuous increase in the cost of feedstock for polyester powder coating resins.
