The National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining (NCDMM) says that its board director Dr Dean Bartles has been appointed the next president of the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA).
The NTMA is reportedly dedicated to helping members of the US tool. Die, and other precision part manufacturing industry achieve growth and business success in the global manufacturing economy.
‘I’m excited to join the association at this critical time for manufacturing,’ said Dr Bartles. ‘There is no more important issue today than addressing the shortage of skilled labor that our members and all manufacturers are experiencing.’
