The furnace system is high temperature (2000EC), high vacuum (10-6 torr) with a long-life, ultra-clean tungsten heating element, and a hot zone diameter of 76 mm x 127 mm high. The system also has a programmable controller with RS communication capability.
The LF line of furnaces are available with rough pumping, diffusion pumping and turbo-molecular pumping systems. All are capable of heating in inert gas.
