The systems are used to make powders, nanomaterials and coating, and can be used in industry and in research institutes, the company said.
The three orders come from three different customers in the US, Germany and Asia to help make rechargeable batteries, and microelectronics.
“Our systems product line provides a strong foundation for our company, while we continue to improve and expand capacity of our own advanced material production systems,” said Luc Dionne, CEO.
