Fadel is a metal injection moulding industry veteran, having formerly held the position of CEO at Indo-MIM. He has also held leadership positions at General Dynamics, Barnes Group, Herman Miller, Chrysler, and Textron.

While ARC has meaningful penetration in the US and European markets, we believe there are growth opportunities outside of those markets, particularly in regions such as Asia.
