The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) has issues a call for papers for its symposium on additive manufacturing (AM) technology and applications.
The conference will be held on 9-13 November 2020, virtually via Zoom, and the deadline for paper submission is 10 October 2020, the organizers say.
According to the IEEE it will cover AM in the battle against COVID-2019, nanomaterials, IoT and electronics, advances in 4D printing, characterisation and quality assurance (QA) of printed materials, economic aspects, modelling of AM processes and materials, and nanopowders.
Specific papers cover 3D printed ceramic composites, multi-functional structures, and AM permanent magnets.
