Sintavia was nominated by initiative members Lockheed Martin and Honeywell Aerospace as an AM supplier, the company said.

"AM Forward is an initiative that is critical to the long-term viability of American manufacturing, and we similarly call on Congress to pass the Bipartisan Innovation Act to advance research and development into additive manufacturing and other transformational manufacturing technologies."
The Bipartisan Innovation Act, which is currently in legislative conference, would improve the goals of AM Forward by establishing a supply chain office at the Department of Commerce, according to Sintavia.
