Aluminum powder provider joins AM campus

Rusal America, part of En+ Group, which makes aluminum powders, has joined the Neighborhood 91 center focused on additive manufacturing (AM) technology.

The powders can be used to make parts for the aerospace and automotive industries, the company says.

En+ Group is said to be one of the largest clean energy businesses globally, using hydropower to produce aluminum. ‘Neighborhood 91 is an ideal location from which to expand our presence in the AM powders market without compromising on our core sustainability principles,’ said C. Brian Hesse, CEO of Rusal America.
