Brazing specialist Wall Colmonoy has appointed Chris Weirman as technical director of its European headquarters in the UK. Before joining the company, Weirman helped lead a project for Swansea University in Wales focusing on how coatings for the construction industry could change the energy requirements for future building projects. Proviously, he held several senior positions at Tata Steel Europe and Calsonic Llanelli Radiators. At Wall Colmonoy Limited (UK) he will lead a technical team in material selection, alloy development and practical experience of key manufacturing processes, the company says.
