Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China – TITAN Metal Fabricators (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. celebrated its official grand opening on December 12.
The company is a joint venture of TITAN Metal Fabricators (Camarillo, Calif.) and De Dietrich Process Systems (Wuxi), an affiliated company of De Dietrich Process Systems Group, Reichshoffen, France, and North America.
TITAN Metal Fabricators (Wuxi) specializes in the design and manufacture of custom-engineered, highly corrosion-resistant equipment for the process industries markets in China, throughout Asia and the world. Using advanced, materials and manufacturing techniques, TITAN is committed to providing the highest quality corrosion-resistant equipment available in the market.
"We are very gratified to realize the blending of the personnel, resources and capabilities of both TITAN and De Dietrich, and to provide unique process solutions to our customers throughout Asia,” said Steven Muscarella, president, TITAN Metal Fabricators.
The company operates in 5000 sq. meter (54,000 sq. ft.) facility located in Wuxi's New District. TITAN's products - heat exchangers, pressure vessels, distillation towers, reactors, and piping are fabricated using the reactive metals (tantalum, titanium, zirconium and niobium) and high nickel alloys (hastelloy, inconel, monel, stainless, and duplex stainless steel) for the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and steel industries.
TITAN (Wuxi) manages and controls all engineering, production and a highly regulated quality control processes in collaboration with its international headquarters and primary manufacturing facility in Camarillo, Calif. This operations system ensures the consistent quality for which TITAN is recognized globally for producing.
