With a record pace of exhibit space sales, NASF’s SUR/FIN 2013 Manufacturing/Technology Tradeshow & Conference continues to outpace last year’s exhibit space reservations. The event will be held from June 10-12, 2013, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill. Celebrating its 95th year in 2013, SUR/FIN 2013 received a strong start in exhibit sales due to the success of its 2012 conference in Las Vegas. The popularity of the Midwest location and advantages of exhibiting in Rosemont, Ill, have also been considered a chief driver in the surge of exhibit space currently under contract. “We’re receiving space applications and inquiries on a daily basis.” said Waasy Boddison of American Plating Power, Conference Chair for 2013. “Rosemont offers substantial cost savings over Chicago that is available for exhibitors and visitors. That, combined with the considerable logistical advantage of sitting directly next to O’Hare International Airport, places Rosemont in the sweet spot for delivering the highest value to exhibitors.”
Conference officials fully expect the 2013 conference to outperform last year’s event in both size and attendance, due to the ever-strengthening popularity of its technical sessions and increased global attendance.
