Saratech, which makes 3D printing software in the US, has acquired the 3D printing sales business of TekPro Group, which specialises in the finishing of additive manufactured (AM) parts.
‘I am very pleased to welcome TekPro, a company with a tremendous amount of 3D printing experience, to Saratech,’ said Dr Saeed Paydarfar, CEO of Saratech. ‘3D printing technology is quickly becoming a very relevant technology for product development.’
According to the company, the acquisition will increase its technical and sales resources in AM.
