The nearly 6,000 m2 production plant will be completed during early 2012, and will be fitted with the most modern production equipment for manufacturing key components for Sandvik’s crushers.The company also plans to build a new distribution centre in Svedala for spare parts for the European market. “Sandvik Mining and Construction has in recent years consolidated manufacturing to larger and highly efficient plants,” said Gert Sköld, CFO and vice president, Sandvik Mining and Construction.
