The event is targeted at companies involved with aerospace design and manufacture, and will include presentations by engineers on the latest manufacturing and metrology technologies.
The Additive Manufacturing Focus Day will feature presentations from Renishaw about its digitally driven laser melting technology; from Altair about its design software, which is suitable for additive manufacturing applications; and from BAE Systems, which uses the additive process for product development.
There will also be the opportunity to have a tour of Renishaw's New Mills facility.
