The event will be hosted at the David L. Lawrence Convention Centre, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, from 12-16 October, 2014.
The deadline for submitting symposia proposals is May 31, 2013. Applications should go here: the MS&T'14 Symposium Submission site to log in or register as a new user, then click on the Propose a Symposium link to enter information.
For 2014, the proposed theme areas include:
- biomaterial technology
- ceramic and glass materials
- corrosion control and sustainability
- electronic and magnetic materials
- environmental and energy issues
- fundamentals and characterization
- iron and steel
- materials performance
- nanotechnology
- processing and product manufacturing
- special topics.
