The business was founded as Sinterstahl Corporation in December 2002 and inaugurated in October 2003, the company said. It now serves as PMG's North American location for the development and manufacture of powder metal shock absorber components.
It now employs over 150 full time employees in a 7,500 m2 facility, according to PMG.
