PM organizations unveil improved websites

The Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF), APMI International, and the Center for Powder Metallurgy Technology (CPMT) have launched improved websites that have extra benefits to its associations and members.

‘The improvements to our family of websites provide a foundation that enables a stronger online community among powder metallurgy companies and industry professionals,’ said Lisa Lester, communications director for MPIF.

Improvements to the MPIF website include the ability for all member-company employees to access a members’ only area, download the latest monthly economic indicators and industry trends report, access exclusive industry news and enjoy a streamlined event registration process.

APMI International, the global professional society for powder metallurgy, has an improved login functionality and event registration, a searchable, online member directory and an industry news page, including quarterly member spotlights from the International Journal of Powder Metallurgy.

The Center for Powder Metallurgy Technology (CPMT) website provides information on current and completed technology programs, student scholarship programs, and information on the CPMT/Axel Madsen Conference Grants program. Improved login functionality and event registration were also a component of this site’s restructuring.

Additional site features will be rolled out throughout 2018.
