PAVCO's new facility has been under design and construction since mid-summer 2012 and is scheduled to be completed in mid-February of 2013, The new pilot facility will consist of more than 40 process tanks to include flexible pre- and post-plate capabilities, along with a diverse offering of finishing processes. Finishing systems will include: zinc, nickel, chrome, antimicrobial coatings, copper, alloys and tin. The state-of-the-art facility will also grant the much- needed flexibility of quickly modifying the process lines to add or delete technologies resulting from current industry relevance.
