By Fax. To reserve your hotel room via fax, download and complete the reservation form. Once completed, please fax to (317) 684-2492. The NAI Coating Show Housing will send an acknowledgement of your reservation via e-mail, fax or mail depending on the information provided in your form. Please review all information for accuracy. Housing forms received by fax will require 3-5 days for processing and sending of acknowledgement. If you do not receive your acknowledgement within 14 days after the transaction, please contact The NAI Coating Show Housing at (317) 684-2573.

PCI and NACE have become aware of 2010 NAI Coating Show exhibitors being contacted by an unauthorized housing provider. These unauthorized housing providers have been obtaining exhibitor information and then posing as the convention housing provider. Please note the INDIANAPOLIS HOUSING BUREAU is the only official housing provider for The 2010 NAI Coating Show. If you have been contacted by an unofficial housing provider please call Jennifer Egan at (832) 585-0770, and with your permission she will provide your information to the Indianapolis Housing Bureau.
Why is it important to book your hotel reservations through the official housing provider? PCI and NACE contracts for discounted nightly rates at four star hotels for conference attendees at locations near the convention center to ensure the satisfaction of attendees. Unofficial housing providers often place attendees in inconvenient locations. IMPORTANT DATES: Sept. 27, 2010 Deadline for room cancellations without penalty. A $25 charge will be charged after this date. Reservations cancelled after October 14, 2010 or no shows will be charged by the hotel. October 4, 2010 Housing closes and The NAI Coating Show rates will no longer be offered. October 5, 2010 Housing web site will close and hotel reservations must be made by calling hotel directly.
