OEM perspectives at thermal show

The organizers of International ThermProcess Summit (ITPS) and the International Finishing & Coatings Summit (IFCS) have published details of presentations from OEM representatives that will take place during the events.

The general session covering the OEM manufacturing perspective will include presentations from Susanne Lauda, AGCO, discussing the agricultural equipment market, and Brian Westfall, Trane, sharing insights relating to manufacturing and market trends in the commercial HVAC industry.          

A session showing the OEM perspective on the thermprocess industry will be run by Chad Spore, John Deere, who has provided manufacturing and materials engineering support for various thermal processes, including heat treatment, sintering, coating, laser, and welding processes and will speak about thermprocess trends from the company’s perspective.

Finally, giving the OEM perspective on the finishing industry, Anteneh Kebbede, GE Global Research, Chris Misorski, Mercury Marine and Mark Prehar, AGCO will cover the finishing industry from their perspective including trends, quality/performance requirements, manufacturing technologies and purchasing processes.
