Nexeo Solutions, a global leader in chemical distribution, has been recognized as Sherwin-Williams’ Product Finishes Group Partner of The Year during the Sherwin-Williams Product Finishes Group Annual Conference earlier this month.
Jeffrey East, corporate account executive at Nexeo Solutions, accepted the award on behalf of the company’s Paints, Inks, Coatings and Adhesives (PICA) business during the Sherwin-Williams conference in Nashville, Tenn. “We were honored to be recognized by Sherwin-Williams as a partner who has helped them make strides within the industry.” East said. “We’ve built the program from the ground up into one that has helped this division become highly cost-efficient.”
The program was designed and implemented three years ago to foster collaboration between corporate pricing and Sherwin-Williams’ 78 product finishes plants across North America. East and his team implemented a customized consolidation program, helping streamline Sherwin-Williams’ Product Finishes division into a successful part of the company.
