New appointment to Linde board

Dr Victoria Ossadnik has been appointed to the supervisory board of heat treatment specialist Linde AG, succeeding Klaus-Peter Müller. A doctor of physics, Ossadnik has been on the board of management of Microsoft Deutschland GmbH since 2011, where she is responsible for services.

Klaus-Peter Müller, chairman of the supervisory board of Commerzbank AG, stepped down from the Linde AG supervisory board at the end of 2015. Müller had been a member of the supervisory board since May 2003.

In the 2014 financial year, the Linde Group generated revenue of €17.047 billion, making it the largest gases and engineering company in the world with approximately 65,500 employees working in more than 100 countries worldwide.
