From now on, the facility will do business as NetShape Technologies, Inc.

Loren Bone, former general manager of Capstan Tennessee has assumed the role of director of operations for NetShape Rockwood.
With this acquisition, NetShape plans to broaden its offering of metal components and improve its organizational talent to continue its growth objectives. The Rockwood, Tennessee facility, which is ISO 9001 registered is a provider of off-highway equipment, which is strategically important to NetShape.
