The Metal Powder Industries Federation says that it is seeking nominations for its Distinguished Service to Powder Metallurgy Award.
‘This award recognizes those who devoted the major part of their working careers to one or more segments of PM, and whose long-term contributions and achievements deserve special recognition for outstanding and distinguished service,’ the organization said.
Candidates must have been active in one or more of the segments of the North American powder metallurgy industry, must have a total of at least 25 years of PM service, with retirees also eligible, and be reasonably well known in the industry outside their own company, institution or region.
Recipients will receive their awards at the PowderMet2021 conference taking place in Orlando, Florida, from 20–23 June 2021.
