MetoKote Corporation Announces New Leadership

MetoKote Corporation recently named Jeffrey J. Oravitz its new president and CEO. Mr. Oravitz replaces DeWayne Pinkstaff, who has left the company after many years of dedicated service.

Oravitz joined MetoKote in 2005, and has held key executive positions within MetoKote's operations and sales areas, including his most recent role as vice president of global business development. Prior to joining MetoKote, he was employed by PPG Industries, Inc., for 20 years, in a number of leadership roles throughout their coatings businesses. As part of his responsibilities, Oravitz will lead the implementation of the MetoKote's strategy to increase sales penetration in targeted markets, while improving the cost and quality profile of the business as a whole.

Robert E. Lee, the newly appointed Executive Chairman of the Board, has high hopes for Oravitz. "Jeff will be an outstanding leader for MetoKote as we move to strengthen the company's performance and better align the business with our key customers."

Oravitz said he looks forward to the challenges of leading MetoKote through the next phase of growth and productivity improvements. "MetoKote is privileged to serve many of the world's premier manufacturing companies," he said. "Our industry-leading value propositions in coatings services will continue to position the company for opportunities to grow with our customers."
