CEO Dr Andreas Meier has taken over responsibility for the AMCP business for the interim.
"During his time at H C Starck, Dr. van Put drove the internationalization of the company and intensified customer relationships, and has successfully developed especially the AMCP business," said Dr Engelbert Heimes, chairman of the supervisory board.
